Hearing Wales is an independent and family owned hearing care business operating throughout South, West and Mid Wales and into England.  Established in 2009 by husband and wife Ben and Trine Davies, Hearing Wales has grown year on year to offer a full range of hearing solutions including the very latest digital hearing aids and testing facilities. The whole Hearing Wales team share the company’s vision of being the best private hearing aid business and treating all our customers with a five star service.  We offer:

OUR LOCATIONS:  We have hearing aid clinics in Narberth, Newcastle Emlyn, Cardiff, Swansea and Mumbles and also  offer free five star hearing care in our clients homes.

As an independent audiology company, we are able to recommend and prescribe every make and model of hearing aid from all 6 World-Wide manufacturers.  Many of the high street hearing aid retailers are part-owned or have a financial relationship with one or two manufacturers, and so these audiologists are more likely to recommend a particular brand of hearing aid.  Because Hearing Wales has no ties whatsoever with any manufacturer, we are confident that our ability to choose a hearing aid from the hundreds that are available, means that we can find you the hearing aid that is going to give you the best outcome for your individual hearing loss.

We are pleased to introduce our brilliant team of hearing aid specialists! Our Audiologists have professional clinical experience and provide expert guidance to every customer with their hearing loss journey. All are registered with the Health Care and Professions Council and they pride themselves on their advanced training in the latest techniques to help combat hearing loss. They are all qualified to offer Micro suction ear wax removal at any of our five clinics in Swansea, Narberth,  Newcastle Emlyn, Cardiff and Mumbles.

 Our Customer Care Team

We have a fantastic audiology support team who are always on hand to assist our customers with their rehabilitation and aftercare requirements. Everyone who works at Hearing Wales has extensive training to be able to offer over the phone support to customers as well as help with general cleaning and maintenance advice. Alongside  booking appointments for customers, they also liaise directly with the manufacturers to facilitate the orders and warranty service agreements that are provided with any purchase from Hearing Wales.

Many parts of Wales have small populations and that can mean that customers have to travel large distances to get the care, products or services they need. Through our unique business model we bring our portfolio to your local village and town every couple of weeks at very competitive prices. Our Audiologists equipment is completely portable allowing us to test your hearing anywhere and everywhere. Of course, many people still like to come to our main five star branches in Swansea, Cardiff, Narberth, Newcastle Emlyn and Mumbles.

Hearing Wales offers all of our hearing services to new and existing clients in their own homes throughout Wales. Audiologists have a portable range of equipment that enables them to offer the same high level of care in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.

 

Free, No Obligation Hearing Tests

If you have not had a hearing test before, we realise that you may be concerned about what to expect. You have no need to be, as hearing tests are totally painless and straightforward. Our 5 Star Hearing Centre is in Swansea and we have mobile centres in most towns and villages throughout Wales, Bristol and Bath. Our free domiciliary service covers the whole area too.

We can arrange for you to be seen by an experienced and fully qualified audiologist either in the comfort and privacy of your own home, in our branch or at a local clinic at a time that is convenient for you. All Hearing Wales Tests are FREE and with NO obligation and conducted by qualified Hearing Aid Audiologists registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
