Our bespoke Cardiff clinic offers a comfortable, relaxed environment where our fully qualified and HCPC registered audiologists take the time to understand your hearing and recommend solutions that suit your lifestyle and budget. Our Cardiff Hearing Centre was the first and only hearing centre in Wales to offer Phonak Lyric, a 100% invisible hearing aid that can be worn 24/7. Hearing Wales works closely with ENT consultants and some of the Spire Cardiff operate their private ENT services from our Cardiff branch.

NICHOLA ELEY – HEARING WALES CARDIFF BRANCH COORDINATOR

Nichola joined our team in early 2019 and has been keeping our Cardiff clinic running smoothly ever since. She liaises with the ENT specialists and ensures our patients are up to date on their appointments, to ensure the best results from their unique hearing system. Nichola used to work in a school so is used to running a very tight ship! Our patients appreciate her efficiency and attention to detail.

These are our fantastic hearing aid audiologists and have many, many years of professional clinical experience and are able to provide expert guidance to every customer with their hearing loss journey.

Hearing Wales Audiology Team is ably led by Ben Davies, lead audiologist and Hearing Wales founder and director. All are registered with the Health Care and Professions Council and they pride themselves on their advanced training in the latest techniques to help combat hearing loss. They are all qualified to offer Microsuction ear wax removal at any of our five clinics in Swansea, Narberth, Newcastle Emlyn, Cardiff and Mumbles, and also have the latest portable equipment to be able to provide this in the comfort of your own home.
