Hearing Wales is delighted to be celebrating the 6th Birthday of its Cardiff Branch!

6 Years ago, in January 2019, we had just opened our Cardiff branch, situated on Pantbach Road in Rhiwbina, and our lovely Branch Coordinator Nichola had just started working for us, along with an experienced audiologist from one of our other branches.  6 years on and we couldn’t be happier to report that Nichola is still holding fort in Cardiff and doing a wonderful job at looking after all of our clients in the Cardiff, Newport and South Wales area.

“I’ve had problems with hearing in situations where there is a lot of background noise for several years. Having had 2 hearing tests elsewhere when they said they couldn’t do anything for me, I visited Hearing Wales on a friend’s advice. They were very professional and approachable explaining what was happening throughout the test and going through results afterwards. My hearing is apparently very unusual where hearing aids may not help. However, they suggested I try some aids for a fortnight – no cost for the test or for the trial 😊. Fingers crossed they help 🤞”
Our Cardiff branch underwent major works prior to its’ opening, and has annual maintenance to ensure it always looks its very best.  We take a huge amount of pride in the appearance of our branches because first impressions really do count!
Hearing Wales Rhiwbina is fully equipped to undertake hearing tests, private hearing aid fitting, servicing and repairs.  We also carry out ear wax removal via micro suction, which is considered to be far safer than ear syringing.  There are also Spire Hospital Cardiff ENT consultant led clinics run from the branch, and we also offer home visits throughout Cardiff, Newport and South Wales.
