Founded by husband and wife team Ben and Trine Davies, Hearing Wales started with a vision to provide the best hearing aids and aftercare in Wales. Key to all this was to create a high end and welcoming environment where clients could receive tailored solutions for their hearing needs. Over the past 15 years, the business has grown steadily and now has 5 shops open on Welsh high streets, not only providing a much needed service but also employing many local people. Managing Director Ben Davies says that the success of Hearing Wales has been down to the company’s strong commitment to customer service and the strong relationships built with clients and families across the region.
