Parking: There is one space to the right of our clinic which we try and keep free for clients. If not, there is some street parking outside but plenty of parking in the public car park less than 5 minutes gentle walk away.

Accessibility: We are wheelchair friendly.

Opening Hours: We are open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm . Tuesdays-Fridays we open at 830.

Since moving to West Wales from England is 2023, Adele has been running things at Newcastle Emlyn and is a breath of fresh air! From keeping dogs treats in her desk drawers for any four legged visitors (yes we are dog friendly!), to doling out welly covers for our visiting farmers, Adele is always there with a smile and ready to look after you!

Amy – Our Newcastle Emlyn Hearing Aid Audiologist

Amy is our friendly and highly skilled audiologist leading the hearing care team in Newcastle Emlyn. After years of experience working in a local NHS hospital as an audiologist, Amy wanted to join Hearing Wales so that she could have access to the very latest hearing aids that could maximise the benefit that hearing aids can make to someone’s life. Amy enjoys getting to know each client and takes great pride in offering clear, supportive advice tailored to every individual.
