Our Story
Hearing Wales began with a simple belief:
every person deserves friendly, honest and independent hearing care at an affordable and fair price, with comprehensive aftercare.
Before Hearing Wales existed, our founders worked within large national chains, both in the audiology and pharmaceutical industries. They saw first-hand how many hearing loss sufferers needed to have more time, more choice, and more personalised support when it came to their hearing care. There are 1000’s of different makes and models and styles of hearing aids and this can be overwhelming for many hearing loss patients. Ben Davies wanted to create a service where every patient felt listened to, understood, and given clear, unbiased advice, and made to feel like a person and friend and not just a card payment!
So, Hearing Wales was born — an independent, family-run hearing care service with one mission:
To offer the best hearing care in Wales, without the sales pressure, and at a fair price.

As an independent business, we are not tied to any manufacturer, target or commission structure.

We’re proud to complement Private Hospital Services, including Sancta Maria, Werndale and the Spire, and offer appointments much sooner when needed for private hearing reports.
And through our sister company, Hearing England, we now provide the same high-quality mobile hearing care across England.
